I have worked in various educational institutions and held an instructional position for over 15 years (out of which 7 in the Middle East), and I strongly believe that the long experience of working in different cultural environments has granted me the experience and skills you are looking for. I have a strong history of successful teaching and coordinating, regularly seeking feedback from colleagues and superiors, as well as students to identify areas that need improvement. I was granted my PhD in Psychology (Socio-psychological factors in SLA) in 2022 from Urartu university of Sociology and Practical Psychology, got my M.A. in English language and Area Studies from the Yerevan State Linguistic University, RA in 2006. In 2017-2018 I was granted a certificate and an award for the best English teacher in EPP at AUM. I am an author of ten articles related to second language teaching and learning.
