Yes, God, even just the Arithmetical Truth, entails that its “creatures”, the finite beings, develop doubts. That is why the belief in any sort of Reality requires an act of faith, except for consciousness which requires only an experience. Note that all content of consciousness, except consciousness itself, is doubtable. That is rather obvious by the ancient “dream argument”.
That is why the beliefs in God (defined as Reality) needs faith. That is true for all gods, used in the original sense of (rational) greek theology. A materialist cannot prove the existence of a primary physical universe, for example.
In fact, it has been shown that if Mechanism is true (in cognitive science) the god “physical primary universe” does not exist, but the “god” Arithmetical truth still make some sense, although some evidences accumulated that some restriction needs to be added.
