I believe a teacher is a guide to explore the creative talents of children. A teacher should guide the students to the idea, just spoon feeding knowledge won't help anyone. Constructivism is the method I follow. Eventhough online teaching platforms is not as practical as offline classroom, I try my best to support practical Learning through demonstration.
In my 6 yr journey as a teacher I try to select and vary my method in accordance with the need of the learner. Language fluency,deep knowledge in the subject, patience & problem solving skills make me a better teacher.
