Hi there! This is Unsa.

I hold a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Mathematics, both earned through fully funded scholarships. I have worked as a professional math tutor at the Mathematics Resource Center (MRC) at IBA University and currently teach mathematics at a government college. I also have experience with online teaching.

I was ranked in the top 5% of participants in the International Youth Math Challenge in 2021 and 2023. Additionally, I have won several national-level mathematics Olympiads during my undergraduate studies and have had the opportunity to design questions for the math Olympiads held at our university.

I have tutored hundreds of undergraduate students in various math courses (such as Calculus, Linear Algebra, Differential Equations, Real Analysis etc) at the Math Resource Center and have also taught advanced math courses at the university level. Furthermore, I have experience teaching IB, IGCSE, A levels math courses from Cambridge or Edexcel.

I believe that teaching mathematics is about more than just sharing knowledge; it’s about fostering a positive attitude towards the subject. A positive attitude can boost students’ confidence and help them manage and overcome math anxiety. On the other hand, a negative approach can increase their fears and hinder their progress. My goal is to create a supportive and encouraging learning environment that promotes a lifelong appreciation and understanding of mathematics.
