    Design and develop a 5 km turbulent resilient free space optical communication link
    with a data rate of 10 Gbps. Apart from research, I need to chat with funding agencies regarding project updates and maintain the synergy between different workforce clusters by defining the work plan and dependencies among the research associates. I also hold the vice chair position in the National Working Group-15 (NWG-15), which corresponds to the ITU-T Study Group (SG15). In this project, we have simulated the entire FSO system on MatLab and calculated the link availability for different states in India.
