I personally prefer to engage the student when teaching.Gauge what they know and how to approach them in order to help them
I usually teach students starting from the known to the unknown. I like to encourage my students and appreciate their efforts when results are seen.
Results are seen when both the teachers and the students effort are accounted for.
I know am a great teacher because i had one in high school and i tend to follow his ways, i make students to feel confident about themselves and believe they can.
