I have done Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm-D) from University of Sargodha. I have started my journey of teaching back in 2016 with another campus of Roots Millennium School and since that day there was no turning back. I have chosen teaching professionally by reflecting on my interests and subject diversity. I am always open to growth and exploration which makes teaching best for me. My husband is in armed forces which gives me an advantage of exploring and working in different cities of Pakistan. My teaching methodology differs from learner to learner as per his/her needs. During my journey, I have continued to develop my teaching skills with multiple courses, webinars and Cambridge workshops. I have ensured IT integration in my lessons which has always outshone my performance. I have won the tilte as Microsoft Innovative Educator expert every successive year since 2017.
I have been a part of Microsoft Educator community for the past year which has provided a platform for my professional growth. I have used this platform to ask my fellow teachers queries as well and have guided them through their professional responsibilities. I have been given a chance by my school leader to train Science team in mentor-mentee program. I have worked as a mentor for new colleagues taking Science at different grade levels by sharing my expertise and guiding them in their professional journey. I have guided them through different teaching methodologies and organized sessions every bimonthly on the use of different ICT tools in their teaching practices. I have motivated them to take part in MIE program in coming year to broaden their vision and to reach out educators regionally as well as globally. I have partnered with colleagues to observe, provide feedback, and support each other's professional growth. Moreover, I have conducted research, shared findings, and implemented evidence-based practices to improve teaching and learning. All this has helped in fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and ongoing development, ultimately benefiting learners and the entire education community.
Currently, I am working at Roots millennium school in Pakistan as Biology teacher of IGCSE learners. In addition, I am teaching Cambridge lower secondary Science. My learners got straight outstanding result in Cambridge checkpoints May series 2024.

To succeed in Biology, students need to be meticulous in their study approach, actively engage in practical sessions, and consistently revise to assimilate the vast amount of information. The comprehensive exploration of life in Biology contributes to our understanding of the natural world, fostering a sense of curiosity and appreciation for the diversity and complexity of life.
The Cambridge Lower Secondary Checkpoint is a series of assessments designed to assess learners at the end of the Cambridge Lower Secondary program.It is used to: - Help learners understand their strengths and weaknesses at the end of Cambridge Lower Secondary and prior to upper secondary education - Help teachers, parents, and learners identify strengths and weaknesses, which can then act as a basis for cooperative action planning - Enable teachers and schools to help learners make the most of their educational opportunities - Provide schools with an international benchmark of learner performance to identify and address learning needs.
