I have done Mphil-Phy from RIphah international unversity Islamabad. For being profectional teacher i have done MASTER IN EDUCATION as well. now i am permenat faculty member in Government sector.
Now a days education has change the mode of education. We need to compet with other develop nation then we should follow some modern techniques which promotes concepat based study instead of ratalization.
So according to my experiance (15 years) I prefer to step down towards student behaviour then i try to explain from grass root level. Allah pak bless you all.
