My name is Muhammad Ridhwan,I believe my diverse background in education, communication, and digital marketing makes me an excellent fit for this role.

I bring extensive experience in teaching and mentoring students. As a KS3 History teacher at Eduventure, I have successfully provided one-on-one and small group tutoring to help students improve their understanding of history. My approach includes using various teaching strategies, supporting students through all stages of their assignments, and maintaining detailed progress records for parents. This experience has equipped me with the ability to tailor my teaching methods to meet individual student needs, ensuring their academic growth.

In my current role as an IGCSE History and Discipline Teacher at Abedeen Academy International & Private Schools, I have constructed effective lesson plans, facilitated engaging and interactive lessons, and trained students in exam techniques, resulting in a significant improvement in their exam results. Additionally, I have experience in handling disciplinary issues, mediating conflicts, and maintaining a positive learning environment. My involvement in organizing extracurricular activities and promoting physical activity has also contributed to a well-rounded educational experience for students.

My previous roles have honed my strong communication skills, adaptability, and work ethic. As a Communication Executive at Omniraise, I engaged the public to raise awareness about important issues, trained new colleagues, and ensured compliance with relevant policies. My experience as a Junior E-commerce Executive at Razsa Legasi involved creating and updating digital marketing strategies, managing e-commerce platforms, and conducting live streams and promotional videos, demonstrating my ability to engage and motivate audiences effectively.

    • Teaching physical education and sports to secondary students involves responsibilities such as designing and conducting PE lessons, encouraging students to participate in sports competitions and events, and assessing their performance.
