I am jawaria afzal from Bagh Azad Kashmir .I have completed my FSC pre medical from a private college on scholorship .Now, I am posted as a teacher in read foundation high school mong bjri from past one year.I am teaching Urdu there and I have a great command on my subject because of my interest and thorough research.All of my students got good marks in Urdu and some also got 95+ marks .I have created a friendly environment for my students to comfortably ask questions and excel academically, which has resulted in consistently achieving a 100% pass rate. This achievement reflects my dedication as a teacher and my ability to foster a supportive learning atmosphere.My lectures seem to inspire curiosity and critical thinking among students, encouraging them to ask questions and delve deeper into the subject matter. This creates a competitive learning environment where students are motivated to explore and learn more. By fostering this atmosphere, I'm not only imparting knowledge but also instilling a passion for learning and intellectual curiosity in my students. It's a wonderful approach that helps in their overall development and academic success.In my classroom I foster an inclusive and supportive environment where every student feels valued and motivated to succeed.My teaching philosophy centers on the belief that every student has unique strengths and learning styles and it's my role to identify and nurture these qualities .I utilize a variety of teaching methods and technologies to create engaging and interactive lesson.I am dept at using educational software, interactive whiteboards,and online platform to enhance learning experience and keep students engaged. During my part time at home, I teach Quran with Tajweed, and I'm proud to say that my students, Alhamdulillah, have become proficient Qaris. This endeavor not only enriches their understanding of the Quran but also instills a deep appreciation for its proper recitation. It's a fulfilling experience to contribute to their spiritual and educational growth in this way.In summary, I am a professional teacher who brings passion,expertise and a commitment to excellence to my work everyday.i am dedicated to the success and well- being of my students and try to make a positive impact on their lives .I aim to contribute to the advancement of education and the betterment of society.
