I'm a Registered Nurse in Kenya, currently working as a Clinical Instructor. I find it interesting training Nurses and Perioperative Theatre techs practically in the clinical area and class because of how sensitive human life is. I believe that through my good communication skills, fluency and availability I mentor the best future medics.
Apart from Teaching, I have practiced Nursing as a bedside nurse where I have been able to work in different areas like the Intensive Care Unit, Maternity, Renal, Theatre and even medical a surgical Department. With that experience am able to tell the challenges may students encounter and solve.
