Currently I'm working in MNC as a Web Designer role in Gurgaon (WFH). I have 5/ 6 years of experience in offline teaching at my home. As a teacher, there are several strategies that I can give your best to my students & help to ensure their good performance.
Few steps:
1. Build positive relationship with students.
2. For an average students, I teach in a very slow manner, the concept is repeated many times, Next day before moving to the next topic, ten minutes are devoted for asking question & revising topics.
3. Try to teach in a simple & easiest way with an example.
4. Use a lot of examples so that students can relate.
5. Revise yesterday's topic quickly before jumping into new topic.
6. Every Monday i take test of important question & also surprised test also taken.
7. Motivate them. For this, let them clearly understand why they are studying the subject & how its knowledge will be useful in future. This will help them realize about the importance of learning that subject.
