I always beleive to make a friend first to understand the problems, and most important whenever I could not find the solution my first statement will be I will find out this answer and let you know in the next lecture. I believe it's good to be genuine with students. And moreover to make topic interesting I will relate things with the real life problems so that the students could assume and grasp and make utmost use of it in knowledge purpose. Discipline from my side and student side will equally depends on the communication. I really would appreciate if the student is interactive and not wasting time in wrong behaviour.
