One of my strengths as a teacher is my ability to establish strong relationships with my students.
I believe that creating a supportive environment under the students study pressure. I treat my students as my kid to get the good academic progress.I am enthusiastic to teach the kids as a demonstrative method .For example taking the science subject to explain the concepts through pictorial representation and cover the important points.So that kids easily understand the concepts and kids showing interest in their subjects.
For Math,first explain the basic concepts then workout the examples sums and encourage the kids to do the exercises sums on their own.
Give the weekly basis homework.If they faces any struggle to solve the problem again we go back to the concepts explaination.
I will send the monthly progressive analysis to their parents.so that parents also come to know the kids progress.
