I am Rohma Arshad. My teaching philosophy is centered around fostering curiosity, creativity and critical thinking, and I continually adapt my methods to meet the diverse needs of my students. Through regular feedback, assessment and reflection, I continually refine my teaching practices to optimize students outcomes.
Moreover, I strive to inspire and motivate my students to become active learners, problem solver, and responsible citizens, equipping them with the skills, knowledge and values necessary to succeed in an ever changing world such as critical thinking, creativity and communication. By fostering a growth mindset, encouraging resilience and promoting social emotional learning, my aim to empower my students to become confident, compassionate, and curious individuals who prepared to make a positive impact in their communities and beyond.
