Karunada Gurukula is dedicated to creating excellence in Bharatanatyam,
Kathak and Music through the traditional method of learning which is the
Guru- Shishya parampara, the most sacred relationship between the guru
and shishya. Learning is a way of life and the Gurukula mainly focuses on
training students in different aspects of dance theoretically as well as
practically thus familiarizing them to the vast knowledge of our rich Indian
culture. Dancing, learning and performing not only boost their self-
confidence but also creates awareness and a sense of belonging to our
culture.arunada Gurukula is our dream, an attempt to provide cultural
education to genarations that come by, to create a space where art is
worshipped and nurtured, to develop a keen sense of belongingness to the
roots of our Indian culture. Our intentions are to provide training in our
sacred art forms to students who seek to learn and also provide free
training for those who cannot afford it in the present day. Art is budding in
each one of us, help us plant more such beautiful saplings.
