I began my professional journey at A+ Tutorial Services, where I home tutored high school students in various subjects.

Following that, I joined Teleperformance, serving as a Technical Support Representative for Samsung consumer electronics devices from August 2020 to March 2021. In this role, I excelled in providing top-notch technical support, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring the seamless functioning of electronic devices.

Subsequently, I moved to Sykes in July 2021 as a Back Office Network Provisioner, focusing on efficient network provisioning and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize operations until March 2022.

In May 2022, I transitioned to architectural drafting at Immoviewer, contributing to the creation of detailed architectural plans, utilizing drafting software, and upholding precision and design standards.

Currently, I am with 21 Climust as a Technical Staff. In the field, I function as a Field Service Engineer, ensuring the proper functioning of machines. When in the office, I take on the role of a Design Engineer, contributing to the development of innovative designs. This dual responsibility allows me to blend hands-on fieldwork with creative design work, creating a dynamic and multifaceted professional experience.
