Passionate about supporting individuals and fostering growth within educational settings, I am a BPS-Recognised Psychologist and University Student Advisor. With a strong academic background in psychology and linguistics, I bring a deep understanding of human behaviour and effective communication to my work. Currently, I am contributing to the student community as a staff member of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology Dean of Students' Office.

Throughout my experiences, including supporting Special Education Therapists, volunteering with Warwick Unicef on Campus, giving English lessons to European adult English learners, and facilitating workshops to prep school students, I have developed valuable skills in research, coordination, and creating inclusive environments. As a BPS-Recognized Psychologist with certifications in Mental Health First Aid and IELTS Academic, I provide compassionate support to individuals facing mental health challenges.

Proficient in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin, with intermediate proficiency in spoken Korean, I endeavor to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds and communicate effectively across various cultures.

I employ a structured approach to teaching, and I am eagered to customise my lesson styles to meet the specific needs of my students. Additionally, I strive to integrate learning into our daily lives, as I believe it is the easiest and most effective way of acquiring knowledge and embracing a growth mindset.
