I am a professional social worker by profession so I know and can asses the student and their ability very well, because when base will be strong then only the building will stand through the years.
Moreover, I handle them according to their capacity.
Moving further, I believe in teaching student with some creative ideas and field work experiences which results in increasing their creative thinking and clarity of the process from beginning to end.
I further believe that teaching with traditional method is less worthy then trying teaching with new logical and interesting method which gives life long learning.
