I would characterized myself as a cheerful, energetic, knowledgeable, and hardworking instructor. I have a flexible teaching method that can accomodate all students and abilities. I believe that I am a good instructor because I don't give up on students with low grades or short attention span, and don't disregard or bore outstanding student. I set high expectations, highly motivating, and believe in all of my students. Beyong setting high expectations, I challenge my students to be hardworking and to aim academic achievements. Because I believe that being an instructor never stop in giving knowledge about the lesson but also giving advice and share life experiences to the students.
