My goal is to encourage each student according to their learning method and train them build their studying habit.Individualised attention will be given to each student in a group class.I am adapt at identifying and maximizing the strengths of each student and learning their weaknesses so that I can better help each individual child excel to his or her potential.As i believe that encouraging the creation of ideas and allowing students to assemble their own ideas and thoughts is a good way to promote creativity within the classroom. I challenge my students to be free-thinkers and am always open to suggestions from them.My tutor class will be where freedom of expression is encouraged,honored and where the students are taught to analyze and think for themselves.Learning can be, and should be fun – and I will making it fun because it allows me to reach students in ways that I cannot by lecturing.Will to put extra work that is needed to motivate students to learn.
