I believe teaching is a two-way process, it's more fun and complete dedication of a teacher. I have a compassionate heart and I feel every child is unique and special, so I alter my teaching style accordingly. My motivation is seeing my kid's shiny eyes when they are happy after learning something new. My present student's parents say I am good in being patient while handling their tiny kids. I offer my own curriculum based on NCERT, with many activities, worksheets, books, etc, and also help kids in completing their homework or school project work if any.
