I hadan experience related to teaching in mathematics my students got a decent level scores in their exam . I used to focus on what students need like study plan and lesson planning . I used to focus on what was students drawback and weaker side of portion in their subjects . I used to be a strict teacher when it comes to studies other than that I used to maintain a close relations with students according to me we need to give a space to students then only they open up their doubts without any hesitation.
