I m rakesh, basically from kerala, currently settled in bangalore. I am basically a post graduate in management but turned into yoga path a couple of years back. For me yoga is not just a circus on the mat, but a spiritual and Divine process too.i have 3 international certifications in hatha yoga, yin yoga and mat pilate. More into healing and therapeutic side of yoga. Currently doing online and offline sessions.

I strongly believe that the job of a teacher is to push the limits of the student. Rest you can guess, about the teaching style :) some times we can combine the goodnesses of all the above 3 practises and create for result (in my experience it works so well )
