I start from the 1st lesson and try to repeat the all syllabus of the student which he had already studied....i used to take test take quizzes and take assignment from the students...which helps them to keep the knowledge on finger tips.. most students don't want to learn from books for these students i made tutorials and provide them the way in which they are comfortable and which helps students to learn lesson in efficient way..most of the students want to learn through notes so i provide them notes in soft form..
