I do differentiated instruction to assess and meet my students needs but usually I focus on student based approached activities.I incorporated technology everytime I discussed with my students through direct instruction or depending on the topic.Moreover I assess my students in their academic performance based on the engagement levels, their ability to apply knowledge, and through direct and indirect measures.
Further more what makes me a great teacher is that my passion for the subject matter,effective communication skills,empathy towards students,and my ability to inspire and motivates my students to the best that they be and be globally competitive.
