My name is pooja shukla. I really enjoy teaching kids. I think that the teacher have ability to listen actively to students, it will help to build their confidence. A deep understanding is needed and make it culturally relevant as they develop engaging lessons. And a positive and engaging classroom environment enhance students and inspire to a love of learning.etc
And I also have some tricks to enhance students for study is if students are tired, mostly they are tired in last period just try to ask theorotical questions about topic and by playing the game envolve them with you and try to make that lecture interesting . But also to focus on syllabus. teachers must have positive attitude and inspire motivate students to reach their goals or target .
And try to clear their all doubts and just try to take their own opinions related to topic and make sure that respect their opinions......
And to fix their mindset it helps them to overcome any of the obstacles not only of education but also of real life etc ....
