I am Tania Ehsan. I am Chemistry Lecturer. With a Master's degree in Chemistry from the University of Sargodha (2023) and extensive teaching experience in elite private schools and colleges, I bring a unique blend of teaching expertise to the table. Currently, I'm a Chemistry Lecturer at Punjab Group of Colleges. I have completed my bachelors in Chemistry in 2023.
After completing my bachelors i started my teaching career and started job in Punjab Group of colleges. I have 7+ years on teaching experience and 2+ years teaching experience in online field.
My expertise that i have comprehensive chemistry knowledge. My major is Inorganic Chemistry. I know innovative online teaching methods. I get effective students feedback after assessment. I have excellent communication skills. I can speak native punjabi, urdu and english.
My teaching philosophy is that i adopt a student focused approched and use engaging tools to engage students in studies. I utilize online platforms to deliver interactive lessons, facilitate collaborative learning, and provide personalized feedback.
