After each class session, I always use my students' assessment that are appropriate for their learning styles and level of proficiency. I always plan my next action wether Im going to move on with the next lesson or how much support they still need to complete the given or previous activity. I do apply a certain modifications to complete their lessons as independently as possible. I always prepare learning resources with separate pages for different grammar concepts including vocabulary exercises, reading fluency and phonemic awareness. In this method its very easy to distinguish if the student is progressing with a given concept.
