My name is Joyce Hazel. I am 25 years old.I hold a Bachelor of Education degree in Kiswahili and Religious Education.I use demonstrator style of teaching as I believe students retain more when given further explanation with examples.I use student centered approach for I believe it is the most effective method for a student to achieve maximum results in the learning process. I have achieved great results since the time I began teaching. I am passionate about engaging with learners in all aspects including problem solving.I am patient and a keen listener and this makes me easily approachable.I teach learners on how to also handle issues they may be faced with outside classroom. I am always ready to offer a helping hand to enable the students realize their potentials.I believe that each student when given the right direction can attain remarkable results.I can change a student's attitude to be positive towards attaining best results. My driving force is that each and every day is a day to be at the top no matter the challenges.
