I believe every student is different and will have their own unique strengths and weaknesses. My main goal is to get the student to understand the basics of each subject because once they get that down, the rest is a smooth sail from there (this is also my observation that most students who struggle with subjects do so because of weak basics and a lack of proper understanding of the subject). My main teaching style is using the reward system to motivate the student to perform better, however i do believe that a certain level of discipline and strictness is important for the best outcome.
