I want the students to feel at home, unjudged and I was once a student myself. the key is to understand students and work with them. I will make sure, my students are comfortable approaching me. Building interest is key and is not a one-day thing. Results come only after cultivating their teaching patterns and every student is unique with their strengths and weaknesses.
