I understand what are the needs and capabilities of the student and match my teaching style accordingly with the student. Making students feel absolutely comfortable with me is my top most priority. Only when can a student explore his/her potential to learn boundlessly. I try to give as much examples as much as I can so as to let the student feel connected to the topic in discussion and also to make the student feel more at ease while discussing the topic. So basically i believe learning is 2-way flow between the student and the teacher. I learn from the student many and most of the times. I regret a lot and completely try to avoid imposing loads of information or bulk of data on to the students. Rather I create a conducive atmosphere wherein the student would feel comfortable with the teacher. I am most approachable to any student. I make the student feel more comfortable in approaching me for whatever needs they might have. Embrace the art of learning not by compulsion, but with compassion and joy. Cheers..........
