I can understand where is students lacking of teaching. So in few days I teach him/her from their lacking side. I through a lesson in interesting ways that they don't feel boring to teach. I explain everything in a easier way. So they understand and learn their lessons without feel any pressure. I am friendly with student. I believe if they enjoy to learn they will progress their study.I also motivate students for their future goal. I try to teach them not a good student only but also a good manners person would be in future.
