1 I usually focus on my students academic needs and do my best to bring visible improvement in his or her English language skills.
2 As a language teacher I know that listening, speaking, reading and writing are equally important skills.
3 Similarly carefully selected and graded vocabulary used in natural context helps students a lot.
4 Grammar teaching requires inductive as well as deductive methods.
5 correct pronunciation of words is very important. It makes communication meaningful.
6. A teacher can use videos pics to make his teaching more effective.
7 Pics, videos and activities designed by the teacher and the activities already there in a textbook must be used by a teacher to get maximum benefits from a text book or any other teaching material.
8. A teacher must maintain the motivation level of his students by bringing activities full of excitement. After each lesson a student should have a sense of achievement.
9. Activities similar to exam questions must be offered to students so that they get familiar with quizzes and exams.
10 Mistakes made by students must be communicated to students with all possible corrections.
