Teaching is fun when your students understand, moreso when the teacher uses practical experience, allows students to practice and make corrections where applicable. A lot of students are yet to discover where their capacity lies, it's the teacher's duty to help students in self awareness, help them to deal with self limitation factors and bring out their potentials. Every student has a talent but most of the times they cannot identify it, while teaching we help to also assist in finding students' competencies, some may be good in certain areas but are unconscious about it until they are subjected to an assignment and with surprise they realize they can do it even much better. As a teacher we try to uncap the capacity limit students place on themselves and expose them to modern approaches to getting good results and sustaining it. Finally we remember that adults learn in an informal atmosphere where they are allowed to express themselves, relate freely and ask questions within or outside the context of discussion. Our lectures are interactive, informative and educative above all simplicity in our delivery.
