I have been practising Yog from last 4 years. And through that practice I healed myself from mental issues like stress, anxiety and depression. So I started feeling that Yog is not just about physical exercise or fitness. It's beyond that. So I decided to learn more about this ancient practice and have completed my level 1 and level 2 Yog certification course from Indian Yoga Association. And I don't want to stop here so I'm presuming further levels of Yog teacher training course. So through my journey I've learnt so many things and I'm confident that I can help people grow on the path of Yog and eager to contribute to make their life little better through asans, meditation, pranayama practice. So let's do it together!!!
