I have 12 years experience in govt sector,I teach my students on their level or mind set because of this style students learn easily and understand the all basic things of their subjects,this is why they give 100% result in assessment.By using my method I have made students successful,For which I have awarded by best teacher award of the district,and today I am proud of that award.which is still with me today and motivate me.A good teacher is one who understands the mind and mood of children.unless the basic of curriculum is understood by children,there is no point in teaching by rote because such education does not permanent support in life .
