i bealive in simple and advance both teachingtechnique. for small std students i explained the topic in simple way for higher std students i need to explain it in depth so that students can understand the fundamental of the topics. i take regularly bases test so that we get to know how that student perform in tests and how they can handle exam pressure. contact regularly to the parents so that i can tell them how they child study and how much hardwork they need to complete his task.regular notes preparation so that they reed it during exam time and help them to score good marks in exams.we don't pressure child to say that read full day read 3 to 4 hours with consistency can get good results rather than readinkg 8 to 10 hours in a day to get pressure results.students also think that there parents working for 12 15 hours in a day to give them best education for completing there dreams so students have duty to give there best so there parents proudly says that he or she is my child in public and feel proud on them.
