Teaching style: I use the hybrid technique to meet the need of every student I meet.
Methodology: I start with the basics irrespective of the level of education of the student, it helps me determine the strength and weakness of the student and help choose the process that works best for the student.
Results: my teaching style has helped me with the different pupils and students. As a class teacher, I know that not all student will understand the same time so I make out extra time for such student. I can give numbers of parents to confirm this.
