In my yoga classes I am start from beginners level to intermediate level and then slowly move with advanced level. Asanas (posture) to improve flexibility,pranayama(breath control),mudras, Trataka (To improve concentration),and then yoga nidra (shavasana relaxation) .Not only yoga and then if you want I will give diet chart.And then I am taking for kids, Adults and old age people's individually. First I am speaking with the students and then start slowly according to their mindset. I am taking classes slowly and many of them enjoying, learning my yoga classes.
