Informal Assessment - Assess student’s skills to determine their needs and to develop teaching plans. Plan, organize and assign activities that are specific to each student’s abilities. Create weekly/monthly Individualized Educational Plans. Create remedial modules/curriculum. Create visual aids to add to conceptual learning. Support students individually in a class, in small groups of 2-3, or one-on-one based on the need. Be responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of student’s IEPs as well as lesson plans. Provide the necessary information to the class teacher and discuss the multiple ways of involving the child in an inclusive classroom.
