I am shafaq hasnain, i am doing PHD in sports science from Lincoln university Malaysia and I am a Pakistan national gold medalist in athletics and represent Pakistan Wapda at national and Pakistan at international events.
I am also a sports coach and fitness trainer having more than of 7 years of experience.
My athletic style make me a great teacher and I transform a lot of students and female and help them to make their life fit, healthy and happy.
I use all the components in my teaching like muscular strength, endurance, agility, flexibility, etc by which workout will become more fun.
