In my experience as a commerce teacher, almost 98%students are got promotion. Among this more than 50% got 90% marks and above.I have provide notes to all students. And ask questions to students everyday. Discussing previous year's question papers. And give assignments from the previous year's questions. After completion of each chapter check notebooks of each students and give corrections, if necessary. I am using both digital board and black board while teaching. I always keep a friendly teacher student relationships. Always give inspiration and advice to students for their overall growth.
