I earned my undergraduate degree in midwifery from Gondar University, where my exceptional academic performance earned me the role of an instructor at the same institution. This experience offered invaluable insights into teaching, coordination, and presentation. Continuing my academic journey, I pursued a Master's in Midwifery at the University of Gondar, graduating with a commendable CGPA of 3.68 out of 4.00. During this period, I emerged as an engaged and dedicated participant, ranking among the top three students in my master's class. My aim is to serve as an exemplar and inspiration for fellow scholars on a similar path.
.Following the completion of my master's degree, I made substantial contributions to the field of health science. My role as a principal investigator led to the publication of six research manuscripts and co-authorship of seven others in peer-reviewed journals. These research endeavors, combined with my commitment to community service and education, propelled my promotion to Assistant Professor at Mekelle University in 2017. My responsibilities encompassed a wide range of tasks, including classroom instruction, student mentorship, clinical coaching, and program coordination. Notably, I have also taken on the role of an academic editor for the PLoS ONE journal.
