Position Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable programming tutors specializing in Java and Python to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong passion for coding, excellent technical skills, and the ability to effectively teach programming concepts to students of varying skill levels. Tutors will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

Teaching and Instruction:

Deliver comprehensive and interactive lessons in Java and Python programming languages.
Use a variety of teaching methods and instructional materials to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment that motivates students to achieve their full potential.
Curriculum Development:

Assist in the development and improvement of curriculum materials and teaching resources for programming courses.
Stay updated with the latest developments in Java and Python, as well as general programming trends and best practices.
Student Assessment and Feedback:

Evaluate student performance through assignments, coding exercises, projects, and tests.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents on academic progress and areas for improvement.
Identify students' strengths and weaknesses and tailor teaching methods accordingly.
Classroom Management:

Maintain discipline and create a respectful classroom atmosphere.
Address any student behavioral issues promptly and appropriately.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all students
