I'm at much that confident that, all of my students get their thoughts cleared and all are feel confident towards their academics. In my tenure all the commerce faculties students got higher marks in their respective subjects as they desire. I'll teach on digital board with audio videos to get clear ideas of topics to be teach. Also I'll arrange special 10 minutes in every lecture to get the doubt clear of the students at the same lecture, even if some missed I'll reply myself and again trying to solve doubts.
