I am a teacher who keenly check on individual learner experiences and challenges and how to address them, I like to have observation, question response pedagogy as this helps the students to understand finer details of a concept while it boosts their comprehension. I always keep the student focused on positive result index through various evaluation models. I am a modest, approachable, flexible teacher that is ready to listen to learner issues. In a classroom, I always give priority to learner needs, guide the learners on expectations of every learning area.
I give opportunities for learners to share their experiences they get while I teach them. This will help to make decisions on better teaching methodology to apply on the individual learners. I like to make an impact on the learner by ensuring there's follow ups. These include:home assignments, tests, reports and general conduct during learning. I do this simply because I want us all succeed.When you succeed as a student, then I have also the reason to smile.
