Am teacher with a broad teaching experience in mathematics and Biology, I engage in an individualized education program, where I teach based on learners understanding from known to unknown, I emphasise on learners assessment to enable learners evaluate their progress, I take the learner at their pace until they are able to move at the required pace. Mathematics and science is practice oriented subject I therefore insist on learner doing several practice exercises. I am patient with learners and strong believer that every learner has potential of doing better if the learner inculcates the positive attitude
