I believe in learning with my students because they are more advanced and up to date than our generation. No one can claim that he knows each and every thing. For a teacher it is important to satisfy their pupils for that reason knowledge of a subject is important but the more important thing is the art of teaching. If a teacher is less knowledge he can improve it with study and polish his self with hard work. But if you haven't the skill of teaching, your knowledge is useless. Your skill of teaching make you a good teacher not only your knowledge. I have the quality of understanding the level of my students and I have the quality to bring up my students to the top. Therefore I call myself a teacher by birth.
